Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of reticleui.com and the Reticle service. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Early access

Reticle is in early access. Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable while we build it.

Your account

Keep your login details and API keys private. You're responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Don't use Reticle to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone else's rights.
• Generate content that is illegal, hateful or sexually exploitative.
• Interfere with the service or access it in ways other than the site and the API.

Your prompts and kits

You keep the rights to the prompts you send. You give us permission to process them to provide the service.

You own the kits you export, subject to your plan. Kits made on the Free plan are for personal and prototype projects. Commercial use requires the Indie or Studio plan.

Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually. We'll give you 30 days' notice before a price change takes effect. You can cancel at any time, and your plan runs to the end of the billing period.

Ending your use

You can stop using Reticle at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimer

Reticle is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We'll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change. If a change is significant, we'll email account holders.
